We do not offer a “cash refund”. Refund may only be issued on credit/debit card orders if an article is found to be defective during Quality Control and being the only piece available, gets removed from the order.

Customers may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed. We have the right to cancel orders for reasons such as - item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in Quality Control or the credit/debit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

Please refer to our size guide before placing an order. Luxury pret and/or Formal articles cannot be exchanged.

Shipping and Customs Duties:
Shipping charges are based on the destination, size and weight of your order on international orders. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country's officials, will be borne by the customer.

Delivery before Eid

Dry clean recommended. Do not dry clothes in direct sunlight. Iron the clothes at a moderate temperature.
